Nissan Donations

This spring, Nissan North America, Inc. donated 6 vehicles for training purposes to the SIU Automotive Technology Program. 4 of the vehicles will be used on the Carterville Campus and 2 will be utilized at the program's off-campus location in Chicago, Illinois.

In addition to the vehicles, Nissan also donated several engines, manual and automatic transmissions/transaxles, side airbag seat assemblies, holding fixtures, engine stand, AWD transfer case, and Dana rear axle assembly. Several SIU Automotive graduates assisted in the coordination for this donation.
